As espacef1fan was asking, you running a BOV, if so your vacuum in stronger below 2k and might be opening and weakening the flow through you L-Jetronic flow meter=no flow no fuel! No BOV, it probably needs one though because of the turbo flutter. I'm testing vacuum lines today, but at idle its pull...

That 5V Vref that is fed to the TPS is also fed to the VAM's potentiometer and the barometric pressure sensor. I would expect the TPS to sweep from approximately 0-5V if you're using a screwdriver to sweep the sensor in your hand. Installed on the throttle body and set properly, it should sweep fro...

Clean off the rust, oil and copper scrubbers work well, but anything to stop the rust. Once it's cleaned and oiled, then you can see what it did to the cyl. Worst case, a rebore and bigger pistons will be required.

I stand by my post. I'm 57, was reading all the mags back then. Noise suppression, EPA mandated dB levels, equals underhand insulation.....

Unnecessary, really. EPA mandated for sound suppression. All it does is add weight, and cost money.

Yep.... I never carry more than 2 keys on the fob that hangs off the ignition switch. Seen to many ruined by the 1/2 lb of metal hanging off them...
