If you make an ad on craigslist and post the link here, we can link the pictures to this thread. You can make an ad for free if you put the car in the barter section. People will be concerned about rust, so try to get low and get shots underneath. Shots of it on a lift would be even better.

I had the weird bolt through with jam nuts mod on my car. I was told it was like the early prototype DG adjustable. Maybe you could find a good used t9 clutch cable (the new ebay ones are not for our cars) and the DG adjustable setup.

So it ran fine from 1987 to 2005? Kinda weird that there was a compression issue requiring a new short block. Did you ever have odd high idle issues or any other issues with it? Sounds like it gave you pretty good service for all those years/miles.

I'm gonna get some of that new 0w8 oil and use that. It should help the mpg.
