I agree with the wife, keep the car. Steve is right, it may not have the best fuel economy for todays standards but think back when it was new. In it's day it was among one of the cars to own for the money, fuel consumption, fun factor and dare I say practicality? We are right around $4.67 per gallo...

Just to remind all of you. The XR is a great, easy handling, long haul road driver. Very smooth.
