I'm pretty sure that all the FSM and EVTM's have been digitized and are "available" as PDF. But are they out there on the 'net somewhere? I'm thinking at this point we don't need to worry about copyright protection. If that is a correct statement (Is it?), I'd look into having us host them on the resource page.

They are posted here, along with many of the EVTM from what I recall.
Where though, I don't recall, it's been a few years now.
