Vintage Radio Controlled
These sure look similar to other "toy" rc cars I remember. With 4 AA batteries above the 9 volt battery, and the high/low switch on the bottom. These were ERTL and made in Hong Kong. Says Merkur but looks like the mold for the Sierra.
If it was easy everybody would do it.
