If you call Southern Idaho the PNW. I guess So. Oregon would be there also!

Problem is, its not green and mossy and dark and cold! :cheers

There are quite a few people from Wa. Or. and Id. btw!

I know more merkur owners that don't surf the web then do. Here in spokane and the valley there are tons of merks driving around, just can't catch up with them.

prediction- going to be a incline in merkur interest, For the next few year in my area.

Off topic- is there a leavenworth car show and cruz this year?
or a close show suitable for merks

check out the PACNW local forum on here, theres an upcoming drive to port townsend (put on by the VW guys much like the yearly leavenworth drive).
my merkur has basically become a dedicated race car so i dont do much street driving with it, but you can catch me at every bscc autocross :)
as for a facebook group, i hate facebook! :)

Idaho's often lumped in with the PNW states, which makes little sense geographically, but then again, you are close enough to make events and stuff. Look at the proximity of Spokane to Coeur d'Alene... and Boise's not far from the Oregon border. Seattle-to-Boise is about the same as Phoenix-to-LA/the coast-- except it's a much prettier drive!

Ya not alot of events here. It would be cool to get together for valleyfest here in spokane. Its a nice end of the summer show, and with more then just a car show.

We should plan a Friday thing before the Start of the Olympus Rally (Maybe do a hot lap TSD of the Olympic Penninsula ending at the hotel for the Olympus?) & show some Merk Love for Phlat65 who should have his new Group 5 car there. Also in mid july the AutoSports Labs guys are running a lemons race at the Ridge in Shelton, there's another great oppourtunity for some NW MerkMob action1.
No-really I can stop bringing home XR4's whenever I want....

I um......sorta.....um.....like....have seven now.....and a couple Scorpios....

I like the Olympic peninsula lap to Olympus rally idea. When is that this year?
