Vovan - get the INNOVA 3145. It is easiest to use.

The diagnostic connector is off the harness near the battery.

I also see those 7 pin obd1 to obd2 adapter cables available for not very much money. Never used one of them myself but that might be another option.

I am used to reading errors using LED:) But I need a table with the error codes decoding

You can wire up an LED and record flashes. But it is error prone. The Innova unit makes it easy. You should be able to pick one up at low cost as they are old technology.

They are old, dead links, circa 2008.

Here is the innova manual and it has the code list in it.

The codes are not unique to the Scorpio.

The important thing to know:
If an error code appears, and afterwards you think you fixed the problem, run the tests again to verify and to see if any new codes appear.
If possible, driving the car a little between tests is advisable.

This is 55.5 liters, I thought it was 70 liters (18.5 gallons). The European Ford Scorpio has 70 liters.
